If a tenant exceeds the grace period of their lease, we issue a late rent notice, which includes both the regular rent amount and appropriate late fees. In the worst-case scenario where a tenant stops paying rent, we offer assistance with the eviction process and quickly finding new tenants.

To make the rent payment process convenient for tenants, we provide an online tenant portal that is available 24/7. We encourage tenants to pay online, as it enables us to pay out the rent to you faster.

Our process for rent collection is simple.

• Rent is due on the first of the month by the third
• Rent is late on the 4th - PG Management rarely has late tenants, if at all!
• We offer multiple ways for our tenants to pay rent online (ACH and CC)
